Many freelance consultants and small and medium-sized firms in the sector are practicing the type of business model that is to be established by Guler Bircan BAKIR. The model is a service-based consultancy for individuals or businesses(management, sales, field teams, etc) each project is approached as unique and budgeted on an hourly basis or as a whole. A typical project starts with understanding the needs of the client. The process continues with disintegrating the project into logical sections and analyzing the participants (management, teams, rivals, etc). Each section will need a specific type of specialty. When this process is complete Guler Bircan BAKIR will start training and consultancy presentations for those involved. Each presentation for each section will have a simulation period of its own. That means, after each presentation Guler Bircan BAKIR will divide participants into teams for different scenarios. In most cases Guler Bircan BAKIR will be paid in advance(not more than 30% of the whole budget) for services of case/team analysis, preparing effective presentations, and training scenarios. The last payment is always released not before the client is satisfied with the end product or both parties meet the agreement rules. Business Fluence Ltd. will be the managing head office of the projects in most cases and will be hiring / outsourcing sector professionals, delivering its services for business consultancy(sales consultancy, generation fo leads, rival analysis, etc)and managerial coaching(for CEOs, CFOs, Management Professionals, Team Leaders, etc). As for the operational approach, Guler Bircan BAKIR will run her start-up consultancy firm from her home. She will also participate in business meetings with her clients as a professional spectator if needed. For projects/consultancy services that are larger in scale, longer in time, and higher in budget, the client may propose for Guler Bircan BAKIR to work in-house to create a better collaborative environment. In such cases, Business Fluence London LTD will contract a team of its own to work in the Client’s location for the time of the consultancy.
